These Terms govern use of the Theory of Everything desktop application. By using Theory of Everything, the user agrees to these Terms.

Purpose of the application

Theory of Everything is an AI-assisted production tool that helps users create, render, manage, and publish original short-form video content. Generated output may require review and editing before use.

User responsibility

Connected accounts

The user may connect supported third-party accounts through official authorization flows. Theory of Everything performs publishing actions only after user initiation and confirmation. The user may revoke access through the relevant platform's account settings.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content can contain errors or unsuitable material. The user is solely responsible for checking accuracy, originality, disclosures, and suitability before distribution.

Third-party services

Theory of Everything may rely on third-party services selected or connected by the user. Availability and operation of those services are outside Theory of Everything's control and are subject to their respective terms.

No warranties

Theory of Everything is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed publishing results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, account restrictions, or claims arising from content created or published by the user.

Changes and termination

Features and these Terms may change over time. Access may be discontinued where necessary to protect the application, its users, third parties, or connected services.
